(2-3 lb) boneless pork roast

cup grated parmesan cheese

cup honey

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp dried basil

tbsp minced garlic

tbsp olive oil

tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pork
roast. Place pork roast in large Ziploc
bag. Pour sauce over top. Freeze.
Thawing may or may not be required depending on your slow cooker temperature. Place in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7
hours.
