Ranch House Pork Chops

Ingredients:
·         6 pork chops, ½” thick.
·         1 pkg of dry Ranch dressing  **see recipe below to make your own
·         296 ml can of Cream of Chicken soup

Directions:
Mix together soup and ranch dressing.  Place pork chops in large Ziploc bag and pour sauce over top.  Freeze.  * Thawing may or may not be required, depending on your slow cooker temperature.  Place in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours.  Serve with your favourite side dish.

**Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried celery flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
